  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/16 red onion
  • 1/2 tablespoon cilantro
  • 1/4 tablespoon olive oil


  1. Chop: tomatoes, avocados, cucumbers, onions and cilantro. Add to bowl.
  2. Mix: drizzle salad with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Gently mix everything together.
