  • 1/3 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 1/2 roma tomatoes
  • 1/4 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 11/4 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 jalapeño
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1/31 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Heat pan: add oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season: shrimp with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook: shrimp in pan for 2 minutes without moving them. Add garlic, flip shrimp over and cook 2 more minutes or until completely cooked and opaque.
  4. Cut shrimp: into pieces and let cool.
  5. Mix: shrimp with cilantro, lime juice, red onions, tomato, avocado and jalapeño in a bowl.
