  • 1 ounce canned tuna
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/8 cup red onion
  • 1/16 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/31 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Finely dice: red onion and cilantro.
  2. Mix: all ingredients in a bowl. You can mash up the avocado if you want more of a traditional tuna salad texture or you can leave them as chunks in the salad.
