7 Healthy Recipe Ideas To Bring To Your Next Summer Potluck

by May 25, 2018

It can be tough to stick with your healthy eating goals when you’re at Memorial Day events all weekend loaded with chips, burgers, and beer. Usually the only “healthy” items at the potluck are a fruit salad or a veggie tray from the grocery store. Sorry but just eating a bunch of raw carrots and celery is not going to satisfy me at a BBQ.

The good news is that you can bring the healthy to the party. Just bring something amazingly delicious instead of that lame veggie tray and you’ll have options for a healthy and satisfying meal. Here is a round up of tasty recipes you can make and bring to the party this weekend. We grabbed a mix of paleo, low carb and other healthy recipes.

1.Cauliflower “Potato” Salad

It tastes JUST like potato salad. Even people who don’t like cauliflower will like this. Obviously there aren’t any potatoes so the texture will be different, but the flavor is on point.
