Korean Ground Beef Bowl

  • 1/4 pound ground beef
  • 11/2 cup premade cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 teaspoon honey
  • 1/16 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/16 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon avocado oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic


  1. Heat pan: add avocado oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add: garlic and cook or one minute or until starting to turn golden.
  3. Add: beef to pan and cook for 4-5 minutes or until almost fully browned.
  4. While beef cooks: mix honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and red pepper flakes in bowl.
  5. Carefully drain: excess fat from pan.

  6. Add: sauce to pan and stir with beef. Simmer for 2 minutes.

  7. Microwave: cauliflower rice according to package instructions. Serve beef over cauliflower rice.

  • 1/3 pound green beans
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/16 cup soy sauce
  • 1/16 teaspoon sesame seeds


  1. Boil: water in a large pot.
  2. While water boils: snap the ends off of the green beans.
  3. Add: green beans and boil for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Drain: water from pot, leaving green beans inside.
  5. Add: sesame oil, garlic, ginger, sesame seeds, and soy sauce to pan. Stir frequently and cook for 2 more minutes or until the green beans are tender enough for your taste buds.
