  • 1.5 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 4 clove minced garlic
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 cup premade cauliflower rice
  • 4 cup steamed broccoli


  1. Prep: finely dice onion and garlic.
  2. Heat pan: add a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add: ground turkey, onions, cumin, paprika, red pepper flakes, and garlic to pan. Cook for 15 minutes or until meat is fully cooked.
  4. Meanwhile: microwave cauliflower rice according to directions on package and steam your broccoli.
