Creamy Avocado Tuna Salad Recipe

This simple no cook recipe is perfect for a quick lunch or meal when you want to just toss something together. We replace mayo with avocado so it’s still a deliciously creamy tuna salad.

  • 15 oz cans tuna in oil (3 small cans)
  • 2 avocados chopped
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. You can mash up the avocado if you want more of a traditional tuna salad texture or you can leave them as chunks in the salad.
